If your appt is @10a plz arrive @ 10. :) early arrival is not suggested bc i will still be working on a client or will be on break. 25min late grace period. if your are more than 25 min late , non- announced, or without prior communication, may be cancelled or asked to reschedule. We work in 90min intervals per client , and arriving more than 25 min late may disturb the next clients appointment. IF , I am running behind I will communicate that asap , that is why I ask clients to allow 4 hour minimum for your hair appointment. 4 hours gives us ample time to finish the customer before u if any mishaps or miss timings occur, and gives us ample to time to complete your hairstyle with peace and satisfaction for everyone ❤️ 4 hours also gives us time to edit or add on services your hair hair style and not rush . U may need a trim ; u may need color . 4 hours gives us time to accomplish everything

hey ladies 4 bundles are suggested if u like longer inches . if u have a larger head 4 bundles are also definitely recommended. 3 bundles can work but u may have larger gaps in your head. 4 will guarantee u have enough hair and fullness

If your hair is matted or tangled u must book a de-tangling service . If your extensions are too matted or tangly u may be denied service or have to purchase hair on the spot . If your lace closure is too tangled u will need a new lace . Please make sure to communicate everything u need did .
